Zouk Group

Since its birth in 1991, Zouk has established itself as a pioneer in propelling the dance music movement in Singapore and has continued to offer revellers a progressive environment primed to deliver an optimum clubbing experience.

As the pioneer clubbing institution in Singapore, Zouk was the first club to introduce House music, bravely steering away from the popular trend of Top 40s and retro playlists, establishing itself as a trailblazer in the industry.

Zouk has evolved into an all-encompassing global lifestyle brand in October 2015, under the direction of leading global leisure, entertainment and hospitality enterprise, Genting Hong Kong. A home ground to generations of Singaporean music lovers, the Zouk culture has evolved to a subculture of its own. Now into its 31st year, the club is on a continuous mission to push the boundaries of music experiences with the aim of taking the Zouk spirit to international shores.

With its expansion into the F&B sector, Zouk Group added a cocktail bar with a “Vice” theme, Here Kitty Kitty Singapore, and an Omakase fine-dining restaurant Sushi Ichizuke, to its growing F&B pillar. Today, Zouk Group also also owns the franchise for FIVE GUYS in Singapore and Malaysia. Further expansion plans in the pipeline include bringing Zouk Japan, and on board the new Global Class cruise ship in 2025 and beyond.

As the largest club in the complex with a capacity of over 1,500, the main Zouk room regularly hosts international guest DJs, ‘live’ performances, Fashion shows, fringe art events, short film screenings and exhibitions. The club is accessed through a dramatically lit and sculptural tunnel as a prequel to the scene ahead of the neo-industrial themed space.

Decked out in customised Gary Stewart analog soundsystem, state-of-the-art lighting, sprawling multi-level dance floor, pockets of bars and body-bending music, it’s easy to see why this is deemed the heart of the club.
