“I love anything that has to do with cooking,” says Moises. “It’s my profession.”
Moises is in the middle of renovating his home, which was built the year he was born. The kitchen will be the last room to undergo a transformation.
“I’ll probably put in bigger cabinets and a pantry,” says Moises. “I’ll do the whole kitchen from Ikea. I don’t cook enough at home to justify spending the money.”
