Bio:
My love for food started at a young age as I helped my grandfather in his garden in northern Ohio. After working at a local restaurant and attending LCJVS in Ohio and the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, I worked in a variety of restaurants in NYC. Throughout these experiences I gained great knowledge for Italian French Mediterranean cuisine. After ten years in NYC, my family and I look forward to our next adventure as we relocate to the Bay Area in Fall of 2020.
