Matthew Biancaniello, author of Eat Your Drink and as seen on A+E’s Good Spirits™ , is a one of a kind cocktail chef who creates adventurous tasting experiences from farm to glass.
Biancaniello’s creations stem from seasonal organic foods, unique ingredients, and unlikely pairings, which create for an extraordinary tasting spree coined, “Eat Your Drink”.
Matthew has been featured in The New York Times, LA Times, CNN, Forbes, and Playboy. Never working off a set cocktail menu, Biancaniello visits at least five different local farmers markets a week to source his ingredients, which inspire his imaginative and matchless liquid conceptions.
This is the Art of Omakase, honoring how the customer and bartender create an unforgettable experience together. His use of the freshest ingredients and his hunger for experimentation are what set him apart from the rest.

He left in 2012 and really started infusing Food into Alcohol, he consulted on numerous restaurants and hotels and his favorite experience was with Roy Choi.
His first book Eat Your Drink, came out in 2017 and his second book, Omakocktail will be released in 2022. He opened his dream restaurant Mon-Li in late 2018 which burned in the Woosley Fire. Despite all the ups and downs, his passion is greater than ever.
