Ali Slagle is a recipe developer, contributor to The New York Times, editor, food and prop stylist, and—most of all—home cook. her first cookbook will be born spring 2022.
She cut her teeth on the editorial and creative teams at Food52. before that, she edited books (mostly cookbooks) at Ten Speed Press (part of penguin random house), including genius recipes, an IACP-Winning, New York times-bestselling cookbook.
She’s currently working from the road in her camper van for 6 months, but normally you’ll find her in Brooklyn, without a dishwasher, food processor, or stand mixer.
