On November 7, 2023, Michelin announced additions to its 2023 Michelin Guide New York, awarding 12 new stars including 8 new 1-Stars, 2 new 2-Stars, and 2 new Green Stars. (Green Stars, which Michelin debuted in 2023, are awarded to restaurants that prioritize sustainability.) While the New York ceremony marks the year’s final Michelin guide additions, we’re proud to represent Michelin-recognized chefs across the country for opportunities through HMx Connect.
