Overview
Chef Will Ono, who has both Japanese and Colombian heritage, was born in Colombia. He developed a passion for quality and traditional cuisine at a young age due to exposure to various foods. After completing his education at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary School, he started his culinary career as a Chef De Partie at Cafe Boulud in Palm Beach, FL over a decade ago. To improve his skills, he ventured out to learn from some of the world’s most renowned chefs and restaurants, including Azurmendi (which boasts 3 Michelin stars) in Spain, Noma and Relae (both included in The World’s 50 Best Restaurant list) in Copenhagen, Denmark, The Mark Restaurant by Jean-Georges and The Clocktower by Jason Atherton (which has 1 Michelin star) in New York City, where he worked as a sous chef. Chef Will Ono currently serves as a private chef.
