Thessa Diadem is the Pastry Director for Los Angeles restaurants, Here’s Looking at You and All Day Baby. She earned her diploma in Classic French Pastry Arts from the French Culinary Institute in New York City. In 2021, She was named one of the Best New Chefs by Food and Wine Magazine.
Thessa has won multiple awards, including:
