Florencia was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she spent most of her life in the family’s “Rotiseria”, learning the best secrets of her grandmother’s homemade food. She was the sous-chef at a Latin-American restaurant in Fort greene ,Brooklyn, for 4 years.
Sébastien and Florencia, a married couple of chefs both live in NYC. They both share the same passion of eating and embrace the whole experience around it, from creating a personalized menu with the customers, to shopping for the best produce, to cooking and plating.
They have been doing private dinners for different embassies and private customers, corporate lunches and breakfasts for the past three years, when they started working together.
