Bio:
Brandon Hayato Go’s culinary journey began in his father’s Seal Beach restaurant at age 15. It later led him through some of the greatest kitchens in Tokyo, and has culminated in a ten-seat restaurant in Downtown Los Angeles. Although Hayato pulls influences from his mentors both in California and in Tokyo, his technique is purely Japanese, and his cuisine is the cuisine of Japan.
